MENU ?

The menu plan of the day is made up of Cleansing and Healing Drinks, Fruit juices, Fruit and  Salads.

To Provide an Optimal environment for the Detoxification Systems in all our Bodies (physic and etheric) to do their job. For the Physical part these systems include the Lungs, the Kidneys, the Liver, the Digestive and Lymphatic Systems and also the Skin. For the Energetic essence our Chakras & Aura will be Purified and as a result they will Shine more Brightly. 

The days before it is important to eat Light, no fat, no sugar, no milk products, no meat. It is also recommended to avoid black tea, coffee and alcohol.
