It thus draws an imaginary arc above the 7th energy center (as the upper part of the key of life, or Ankh cross, could do) then descends to the 1st energy center. It can perform this trick several times, accelerating around the body until it fills the 6th and 7th energy centers as much as possible, forming a circle around the head. Two orbits thus appear around the body (one above the head and the other at the level of the legs), each rotating in an opposite direction, forming a figure 8 in the middle of the space in which the user is located.
