Doing a lot of gardening, I often scratch myself with brambles or injure myself with tools. I am a person who heals quite badly with traces that last a long time. A few weeks ago I cut myself a fairly long and deep gash in the palm of my hand and that wound was not very pretty. Having nothing to disinfect available, I put the CEF 1 on the wound for several minutes. After a few hours, the wound had greatly diminished and there was no longer a single trace 48 hours later. I started again yesterday on a thigh wound and today I have almost nothing left! Amazing.

I preferentially use FSCs 1 and 2 for the practice of energy refills either cross refills or when I use 4 FSCs for an energy recharge, well it is FSC 1 and 2 that I put on my feet. I find that these two really make it possible to evacuate the used energies or in any case to make the energies circulate well in the body. I feel revitalized.
